Plani Log Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between SY_888 (the "Developer") and the user regarding the use of the Plani Log (Planilog) app service on Android and iPhone (the "Service").
Article 2 (User Obligations and User-Generated Content)
- Users must not upload content (photos, text, etc.) that is illegal, offensive to others, or infringes copyrights while using the Service.
- For features where users create and share content themselves (User-Generated Content, UGC), such as the Shared Calendar (Group Room), the user is solely responsible for the information they post.
- The Developer or the owner of a Group Room may remove (kick) a user or delete content without prior notice if the user harms others or violates these policies.
- Users can report inappropriate content or users to our support email (sy888.help@gmail.com). The Developer will review reports and act on them without delay.
Article 3 (Paid Subscriptions, Free Trials and Billing)
- The Developer may sell paid subscriptions (monthly/yearly) that provide premium features within the Service.
- A 7-day free trial may be offered once, for your first premium subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, you will be charged the price shown on the purchase screen.
- Subscription payments are processed by the billing system of the app store you use (Google Play or the Apple App Store), and payments and subscription management follow that store's policies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year and are charged until you cancel. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the next period will be charged automatically.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play under [Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions], or on iPhone under [Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions].
- The Developer may provide premium access codes through promotions. Codes can be redeemed according to the policies of the relevant app store.
Article 4 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store: Payments and refunds are handled by Apple, and the Developer cannot issue refunds directly. You can request a refund from Apple under Apple's refund policy through Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Purchases made through Google Play: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for the current billing period may be limited if premium features have been used after payment. Even within 7 days of payment, if premium-only features (e.g., focus timer, decorating stickers, date/color customization) have been used, the benefit is considered received and a refund may be limited.
- Refunds for a change of mind or for forgetting to cancel an automatic renewal (including the end of a free trial) follow each app store's policy. You must cancel your subscription yourself in the app store's subscription management before the next billing date.
- Nothing in this Article limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 5 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)
The Developer may change or stop all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will notify users in advance through in-app announcements or similar means.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Developer is not liable for being unable to provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, server outages or app store errors.
- The Developer is not liable for data loss or damage caused by the user's negligence (e.g., a lost device, a forgotten password, accidental deletion). To keep your data safe, please use the Service's Backup feature regularly.
- AI scheduling creates schedules by analyzing your sentences automatically, and dates or times may be inaccurate. Please check the schedules it creates; the Developer is not liable for damage caused by automatic analysis results.
Article 7 (Additional Terms for App Store Users)
If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, the following also apply.
- These Terms are concluded between you and the Developer only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
- Your license to use the Service is a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- The Developer is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the Service. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
- If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price to the extent permitted by law. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
- The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service, including product liability claims, claims that the Service fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with the terms of any third-party services (such as Google and Apple) that you use with the Service.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
